1. Place Your Order
• Select your desired ring shape, size, paving, engraving, and material.
• Add a note at checkout if you need a custom design.
2. Design Consultation
• Once your order is placed, we will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your custom design. Share your vision, and we’ll bring it to life.
3. Diamond Selection & Approval
• If your ring includes a diamond, we will source the perfect IGI-certified diamond that matches your preferences (color, clarity, cut, etc.).
• You will receive all details about the selected diamond, including certification and images, for your approval before proceeding.
4. CAD Design Creation
• Within the next 24 hours, we will create a CAD design (Computer-Aided Design) of your ring and send it to you for approval.
• You’ll have the opportunity to review and request changes before production begins.
5. Production Process
• After your CAD design and diamond are approved, your ring will move into production.
• The production process takes up to 10 days to ensure the highest quality.
6. Certification & Safety Testing
• Following production, your ring undergoes certification and safety testing (2-3 days) to guarantee quality and authenticity.
7. Delivery or Pickup
• Your custom ring is now ready! It will be shipped or available for pickup.
• The entire process typically takes 12 to 14 days from start to finish.
